2009 David C. Williams Scholarship Program

The Florida Minerals and Chemistry Council Scholarship Foundation, Inc., established the David C. Williams Scholarship Program to assist worthy students with college tuition.  The program will to distribute up to 10 individual $500 scholarships to high school seniors accepted to colleges in Florida.  

Applicants are required to meet 8 specified criteria, and to write a short essay (approximately 500 words) on one of five selected topics.  Scholarship recipients will be recognized with a certificate during their school's Honor's Day ceremonies.

The scholarships for 2008 have already been awarded.  Please check back for information on applying for the 2009 scholarships.
