Benefits of Membership
FMCC maintains an office and staff in Tallahassee, Florida. The Council provides numerous services to its members, including:
- electronic newsletters describing regulatory and legislative initiatives and actions
- timely bulletins alerting members to legislative and regulatory developments
- annual summary of legislative actions results impacting the industry
- opportunities to meet with policy makers
- networking forums for building business relationships and sharing ideas
- forums for expressing opinions to regulators and legislators
- ad hoc groups working on current issues
- serving as the voice of the industry
With representation at the state Capitol and solid relationships with state agencies, FMCC is the voice of the
mineral and chemical industries in the state.
