Members of the FMCC play essential roles in making a variety of products. Most FMCC members produce items that other manufacturers need to make products you use everyday. Manufacturers in Florida play a vital role in making:

• flavors and fragrances
• carpet and clothing fibers
• batteries
• glues and adhesives
• fertilizers
• paints

These are just a few! In fact, everyday items like automobiles, medicines, computers, carpets, clothes, and building materials could not be made without the products manufactured by FMCC member companies.

Not all of our members make things. Some transport or package products. Others are consultants who work with manufacturers to develop new ways of doing business that are safer for employees and the environment. Our members work together to stay educated on advances in technology and on policy, law and rule changes.
